- Site and Project and Financial managers, responsible for the management of staff, studies, study execution, financial management and budgeting as well as Sponsor liaison and feedback
- Study Coordinators responsible for the execution of clinical trails
- Quality Specialists responsible for the quality control of all data and systems
- Data Management group responsible for data capturing and related functions
- Biomedical (clinical) Technologist responsible for the laboratory activities
- Community liaison group responsible for community engagement, development and recruitment
